In 1997, having worked together for 18 years, Don Lassaline CA and Harold Hyatt FCA founded Hyatt Lassaline LLP. This new firm was well-grounded with Harold's vast experience combined with Don Lassaline's energy and vision and quickly became a community leader in Windsor and Essex County.

From its humble beginnings in 1997, Hyatt Lassaline LLP has grown. Our practice now consists of 18 team members including 10 Chartered Accountants and operates under the direction of four partners.

Our broad range of experience combined with our "team-oriented" culture enables us to work as a collaborative ensemble, providing innovative solutions to ever-increasing challenges faced by small and medium sized business owners and the organizations we serve.

Each team member is encouraged to develop his or her special interest in accounting which enables us to offer our clients widely diverse capabilities. Our growing team currently includes professionals who are focused on taxation, assurance, forensic accounting, information systems, financing and business transition - to name but a few.

We are very proud of the continuing success of our CA students as they become qualified Chartered Accountants. This has kept our firm young-at-heart, up-to-date and in touch with the needs of our younger clients. The personal and professional development of all our team members is critical to achieving our goal of minimizing personnel turnover.

Hyatt Lassaline LLP is highly cognizant of the importance of its people (our human capital) and we invest significant resources towards the continual development of its most important asset. We understand and make use of the latest software and hardware as tools/accelerators towards becoming more efficient. We, collectively, work very hard at eliminating waste, while striving to add value in every service it provides.
