Staff Training Program

The process of gaining a Chartered Accounting designation requires CA Students to complete several modules and exams in addition to gaining practical experience at a designated CA Firm.   Kate Willis has just completed the first module; she was in Toronto from November 9 to 13 at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario for the Staff Training program.   This program is designed to familiarize students with the performance of audit and non-audit engagements, the operation of a public accounting office and the rules and regulations which govern the practice of public accountancy in Ontario.

Kate is currently preparing for the next component of the process.
