Client Appreciation Event

December 11th, 2009:

Hyatt Lassaline held an event in appreciation of our clients on December 9, 2009 at the Home Gallery.   The theme for our event was support for local business; being a local firm, it was important that our event provide an opportunity for our clients to network with other members of the community.   Dennis Sanson, of Sanson Estate Winery in Amherstburg, prepared the meal using local ingredients.   A selection of wines from his winery was also available for guests to taste throughout the evening.

During the evening, Dennis Sanson also delivered a speech about his From Field to Fork initiative, a project which will aim to provide an outlet for community members to purchase groceries, produce, meat products and wine.   It will be a co-operation between Sanson Estate Winery and several other local wineries and farms, with the hope of incorporating the local tourism industry in the future.

Guests were also encouraged to tour the Home Gallery, which currently hosts 18 locally owned businesses in the home improvement industry.   These businesses have items on display to showcase the work and services that they provide, in addition to personnel from the organizations who are available to answer questions or provide assistance.

Finally, Hyatt Lassaline was pleased to welcome representatives of the Downtown Mission of Windsor, a charity which provides services to the homeless or those at risk of being homeless.   Our guests were asked to support this charity with donations of cash or canned goods, which will be presented to the Mission next week.

This event was a great success and we hope our efforts will produce positive results for our clients and the community.
