Paul Foster C.A. Professional Corporation and Hyatt Lassaline LLP Announce Merger

Paul Foster and the team members at Paul Foster C.A. Professional Corporation in Essex, Ontario and the partners of Hyatt Lassaline LLP are pleased to announce their merger , effective October 1, 2011. The merged firms will operate as Hyatt Lassaline LLP. The Essex office is located at 14 Victoria Avenue. Partners Ed Fuerth, Don Lassaline, Jeff Ostrow and Brad Miehls of Hyatt Lassaline LLP will be working with the valued clients of Paul Foster as well as continuing to service their clients from the Windsor office at 2510 Ouellette Avenue.

This merger, with an established premier accounting firm, allows Hyatt Lassaline LLP to increase its presence in the Essex County market. Fuerth said of the merger, "we will focus on providing the same outstanding client experience, while delivering a full range of accounting, tax and business advisory services".

Hyatt Lassaline LLP was founded in 1997 by Don Lassaline and Harold Hyatt. Upon the retirement of Harold Hyatt in 2000, the firm named Jeff Ostrow, of McGregor, and Brad Miehls, of Woodslee, partners. In 2009, Ed Fuerth, of Cottam, was admitted to partnership. Services offered include small and mid-sized business advisory, auditing, financial statement preparation, tax return preparation and consulting, as well as accounting software implementation.
